Meet Our Realtors

Denise Furr
Managing Broker
A consummate professional, Denise Furr believes that the best work is the result of passion. She loves real estate, and fervently believes in the power of relationships & community, favoring a “group” approach to accomplishing goals.
After working at Donald Cooper Realtors for nearly a decade, she acted on her brokers’ encouragement and thus The FURR GROUP was born.
“We founded The Furr Group to provide a different, more intimate kind of real estate firm” Denise says.
She conducts business the old-fashioned way: she works hard. Along with her colleagues, she has dedicated herself to using her keen insights into the market, years of unique experience and extensive network of contacts to make your home a priority, whether you wish to sell your current home, find a new place to call home—or both.
Denise makes her own home in the Jackson area, surrounded by her family. She and her husband Bill have three grown children: Wilson, Hartwell, and Prentiss.

Jan Frascogna
Associate Broker
Jan joined the Furr Group at its inception in 2013. She loves working in an office that has such a positive group of professionals that support and assist each other. A life-long Jacksonian, she has a very thorough knowledge of the Jackson Metro market.
After having previously worked with builders and interior designers, Jan has a passion for many aspects of the real estate business – from the interior design and staging process that brings out the full potential of a home for sale to helping investors develop renovation plans for homes they plan to market.
With degrees in both computer science and sociology, Jan combines keen analytical skills with interpersonal expertise to deliver friendly, hands-on service to all her clients. She and her husband Mark have two children and live in Jackson.

Angie Haraway
Realtor
Angie Haraway is a Jackson native with a passion for her hometown and an intimate knowledge of the surrounding area. “I actually moved to Michigan for a short time,” she says. “And I can’t even describe how good it feels to be home!”
It was during her relocation and subsequent return to Jackson that she realized a career in real estate was in her future. “I had an extraordinary experience working with Denise Furr throughout the process. I know firsthand that choosing the right home and the right community is one of the most important decisions we make in our lives—and Denise understands that, too.”
Angie’s approach to real estate is based on personal touches. Prior to joining The Furr Group, she spent 10 years as a nurse practitioner, caring for patients with compassion and enthusiasm—the very same qualities she brings to real estate. She proudly makes her home in Jackson with her husband Neil and their three children.

Brooks Poole
Associate Broker
Brooks Poole, Ed.D., MTAX, CPA, CIA added another credential to his name—REALTOR®. A native of Carthage, MS, Brooks earned his BSBA in accounting from Mississippi College and soon thereafter earned his Master of Taxation at the University of Mississippi and a doctorate in Higher Education.
During his graduate studies and while teaching for Ole Miss’s School of Accountancy, Brooks cultivated a high-end luxury jewelry clientele which led to his opening of an intimate boutique on the historic Oxford Square, suited for one-on-one appointments and a comfortable setting to enjoy a special jewelry experience. Brooks began creating many custom pieces for his clientele which led to the creation of his own brand BROOKS DESIGN.
In 2018, JCK Insider magazine described his boutique as a lifestyle store that is ever-evolving, fashion-forward, and eclectic and distinctive. During this same time, Brooks began a short-term residential rental venture in Oxford which led to numerous investment properties in the Florida Panhandle. In 2008, Brooks returned to his alma mater Mississippi College to serve as a professor of financial accounting and taxation. In 2019, he opened Brooks Collection Vault, Fine Jewelry and Luxury Goods, in Jackson’s premier shopping destination—Highland Village. Having a passion for creating luxury experiences for his clients and a love of real estate, he has become a licensed realtor where he will serve both residential and commercial buyers and sellers.
Similarly to the experiences he provides his jewelry and rental real estate clients, he offers his residential and commercial real estate clients distinctive service. Brooks says, “My hope is not to just be a realtor and transaction coordinator, but also to be someone who my real estate clients recognize for outstanding service and expertise in line with the brand I have created for myself.”

Ashlyn Eaves Cole
Realtor
After nearly five years in real estate in Dallas, I’m grateful to be back home in Jackson with my husband, Parker, serving the community that shaped me. Having grown up in Madison and graduated from University of Mississippi, this area has always held a special place in my heart. To me, real estate is about far more than buying and selling homes. It’s about building relationships, earning trust, and guiding clients through one of life’s biggest milestones with care, honesty, and confidence.

Conner Pickering
Realtor
Conner brings a thoughtful, creative perspective to real estate, shaped by firsthand experience buying, renovating, and selling multiple homes of her own. Originally from Houston, Texas, Conner attended Ole Miss, where she met her husband. Today, they call Jackson, Mississippi, home, where they are raising their two young daughters. Conner has a natural eye for seeing what a home can become — whether that means recognizing a great opportunity, envisioning a renovation, or helping buyers look beyond what’s currently there.
